We travel to this area often and have stayed at this hotel several times. Always clean and comfortable. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Nice size rooms and we could fit 2 mountain bikes into the room. Even brought them up on the elevator.

Booked in with a bloke under pressure from two previous customers. He took £50 deposit (understandable and normal hotels procedure) but the charge actually went through and is to be refunded to Booking.com rather than direct to my card. Not the way to do things at all.
