Spacious, airy, well situated.

Location was great for where we needed to travel to back and forth. Breakfast was good

I like the way the way that the employees treat you when you stay there. They are very friendly and serviceable

Extra fridge and microwave to be put in the room on request. (stay for 12 days)

The staff went above and beyond to provide an impeccably clean place, incredibly friendly staff and the best Holiday Inn breakfast I've had. I rarely write reviews but this location was truly amazing. I'll go back to Naperville BECAUSE of this hotel. It was that good!

Everything was perfect except the bed was very old and not confortable. The staff was very very nice and polite. It is very clean and well maintain.

Typical of this style of hotel . Room was clean, shower was hot and powerful, the bed was vast and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful

I had a good stay overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The only issue was the poor soundproofing. I could hear my neighbors very clearly, almost like they were in the same room. Better soundproofing would make the stay much more comfortable.

The bed was comfortable, the shower was great, the A/C worked well. The location was nice. There were many restaurants nearby and it was close to the family I was visiting.

Close to North Central College and a lot of different restaurants. It has a pool and work out room. It was clean and well maintained.

Overall stay was calm and met my expectations

Good healthy breakfast. Both natural youghurt with no added sugar and oatmeal. Comfy bed and pillow. Great room

Need more accommodating coffee. 2 pump pots is severely inadequate Poor guy was running to fill constantly. That is silly when there could be a better way
