The breakfast was better than expected. The pool stayed open until 10pm which was really nice. Housekeeping was really helpful when I was checking out.

One of the staff members that worked at the front desk, (a man),had put a cone in one of the parking spots. When my family and I left the hotel at night to grab dinner at a nearby restaurant, we saw him pull out and asked if he would be exiting the spot. He yelled at us.. stating, “that’s my spot!”. It was scary. He later apologized but the experience was very unsettling.

Hotel was very nice, room was very nice.

Hotel was very nice, room was very nice. Know that there is a small daily parking fee at the hotel that you are not made aware of until checking in. We had no hot water for showers the whole time we were there. They were supposed to be trying to fix it, but it was never fixed. We even waited until after 11 pm to take showers thinking that maybe after everyone in the hotel went to bed the hot water would build back up and we even got up before 6:30 am thinking the same thing, but it made no difference.

The staff was terrific and even though I had a few problems they did the best they could to resolve this situation. The pool situation was annoying to me and I really didn't care for the breakfast

The hotel is located on a lightly traveled road.

The hotel is located on a lightly traveled road. I found this hotel well suited for a business traveler. Quiet nights for sleeping, complimentary breakfast was very good. There is some exercise equipment and an indoor pool. Modest in size but functioning. 5 minutes off I-95 on the Northeast side of Baltimore. Nice restaurants are 10-15 drive into Nottingham/ White Marsh area. The overall all value of this Hotel was very good. If the rates remain valuable...I will definitely stay there again

Cleanliness of the entire facility and the comfy bed made...

Cleanliness of the entire facility and the comfy bed made for a wonderful stay..The room had all the necessities. The front desk staff were friendly and the breakfast was a nice bonus. We only stayed overnight and so we didn't have an opportunity to use the fitness center or the pool, however they all looked well maintained. If in the area again, we would definitely book another stay at this hotel.

The building was under construction this should have been...

The building was under construction this should have been posted because I would have went somewhere else and the Rug was so filthy they couldn't shampoo it sink broke phone broke no refrigerator no microwave staples sticking out of the headboard if this place pet friendly why have carpet instead of hardwood floors. We had to use the back door because of the construction and people smoking Marijuana in the back plus it was so dark in the back I would not recommend anyone to stay at this facility

Close to the mall and freeway. All staff was very friendly and helpful. The entrance and lobby are of modern design with plenty of seating for a rest, meeting or just having a coffee. Plenty of parking spots. The house restaurant had a good variety of foods that were of good portion size while not being overpriced as over hotel restaurants.

I loved the ambience. The hotel is very neat and most especially the fact that my room was cleaned everyday. The breakfast was good and they have a number of options even though few. But we were perfectly cool with it. My kids love the swimming pool.
