Location Fine. Breakfast NA due to leaving for work early

The young lady that handled breakfast did a very nice job.

Comfortable. Had free parking.

The hotel was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff very friendly

Lovely sitting area outside overlooking the river. Nice pool.

Staff is friendly. beds and room was very comfortable

Honestly everything was so nice. Great service and wonderful room.

Proximity to Pinns and Cheesecake Factory

We didn’t get to eat breakfast, but the bed was comfortable and the room was extremely clean. I liked the location as well.

The front desk staff were amazing. They even went as far as to get us a room that had a view. We came in late after a concert and the front desk staff helped us get our snacks and was very polite.

The most convenient hotel for families with small kids. Carpeted floor allowed kids to play on the floor (unlike hardwood or tile which is common for other hotels), paper plates and cups for breakfast reduced stress for parents that kids can break the plates or cups. Very nice breakfast. Laundry room and 24-h market on the ground floor added comfort to our stay there. Nice location - close to Kennywood Park

Room was nice with a good view, all staff was very courteous and professional. We missed breakfast by 30 minutes but the manager was kind enough to make us to go breakfast boxes

We loved the welcoming, laid-back feel of this historical place. Our group of four had a room with four beds and our own bathroom across the hallway. Everything was clean and well-managed. There were snacks available at all times and all you would need for a healthy breakfast. We enjoyed the camaraderie of others staying at the place, mostly cyclists, and the hosts are delightful as well as providing information on the area. They were happy to store our luggage as we headed away to Cumberland to cycle back to the hotel. We stayed there again after our bike trip along the GAP.

Everything from check-in, to to check-out went well. The breakfast was good, and all staff were always helpful and pleasant. Central enough to walk across to the U Pitt campus. A very nice stay. Thank you.

I loved how sweet the staff was and how clean it all was. My room was decorated so beautifully with very comfy bed. The staff did everything to help with our room planning and needs

I never ever saw this type of facility. Supeeeer

Extremely comfortable beds. Even the sofa bed was comfy. Great quality of sleep. Convenient location for visiting campus. Included good breakfast.
