This Extended Stay America - Chicago - Burr Ridge is located in Burr Ridge and especially designed for longer stays, with all rooms featuring a fully equipped kitchen. The morning and day front desk staff were awesome and very compassionate and attentive. Especially "Rose" the front desk personnel member, Though a extended stay hotel due to the quality of commitment to service I would give the hotel a 4 out of 4 star rating, regardless of physical rating of facility, amenities etcetera, be it 2.75 star or whatever it may be. Also on site senior management official on duty in morning was Top par and her customer service skills were exemplary.

Nothing it was horrible, lady at front desk said she didn't get reservation, so I did it again payed twice, for 3 days, homeless people live outside there ripped me off 600.00 dollars, dont stay here
I liked the staff they was nice but the rooms are outdated big time. With the money u spent there they need to update the rooms and the cleaning people need to knock first before they just barging in on u. It wasnt the first time they did it to me.
Easy access to Chicagoland south of Ohare Airport. Nice cross section of Highways to get to everything as long as entire trip doesn't necessitate going downtown everyday or north of Ohare Airport. Midway Airport is closer than Ohare and the train, if needed, is closer than Midway if wanting to ride into downtown and not pay parking.
