Large room, not too noisy, not too busy

Thank you for the optimally well-built system of remote check-in and receiving codes for entering the hotel and the room. I liked the spacious lounge area and interesting interiors, tea and coffee are freely available. A good souvenir shop in the hotel. There is a bar. Spacious room, wide bed, you could open the window in the room, good bed linen, spacious bathroom. A wonderful place in nature. The location is well accessible. Near the city of Helen, a few minutes' drive away.

Everything we needed was there. We felt like we were home and the kids had a blast. The view off the balconies was breathtaking. Definitely be back again.

Size room, bed, cleanliness and nice new carpet

Most of all the woman at the front desk truly made my nye happen. I initially booked through priceline and upon arrival realized the room wasn't near the location I was hoping for. Considering I was traveling by myself, the lady (I wish I could remember her name) made an adjustment to my accommodations placing me facing the river and freeing up the extra bed for a larger number or trailers. I was beyond thrilled when I looked out the window and saw the Chattahoochee river flowing by.

Excellent location, cookies and hot drinks at all times, excellent spaces and very clean.

Great location to visit the historical locations around town. Hotel and surroundings a very tidy, comfortable bed. Great selection at breakfast

Location! It’s easy walking distance to everything

Nice, clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom has shampoo and conditioner.

Cute little village with individual houses in a german/Austrian style; great location - everything was within walking distance; Vernon was very friendly and had great recommendations at check-in
