United KingdomAfter a long flight, arriving late evening, it was great to be welcomed by the lovely Tay (I hope that's right!) she checked us in and informed us about all that was available and more. The room was spotless, TV huge and the two large comfortable beds were a treat after the flight. The breakfast buffet was as expected - providing something for everyone. A short stay, we left early the following morning, but we would definitely stay again if in the area.

I stayed in York only because it was on the way to my final destination. The roads were very congested but it was a convenient location for me, and there were tons of all kinds of stores nearby, including food, had I needed them.

I reserved a handicapped accessible room, and at reservation...
I reserved a handicapped accessible room, and at reservation was told that would not be a problem, that I would definitely have a handicapped accessible room. I told them this was a necessity because I am an amputee. Instead, they put me in a room on the 3rd floor with a bathroom door so small I couldn't take my wheelchair into the bathroom. I had to crawl on my knees to use the facilities, and using the tiny shower with no grab bars was out of the question. My stay was humiliating, degrading and physically painful. The room was clean and the staff was friendly.

It's a horrible place to go to for a stay.
It's a horrible place to go to for a stay. Most of the rooms are people who live there and there is constant drug use and abuse, and a lot of sketchy individuals and fighting and arguing at all hours of the day of night. My wife and I did not feel safe here for our one-night stay over during a wedding nearby. Stay away at all costs. I'm embarrassed for booking.com that they would even have this establishment listed as a property that they would book for.. I have requested my money back from booking.com for our stay at this horrible property

The room was great location was fine, staff was pleasant excepr maid service need improvement. We been here over a week and not had no maid knock on door to change bedding , give clean towels, give toilet paper or take tradh out had to go up front to get what we needed and turn in our dirty towels.

Honestly the location I was in was not the best for African Americans I would try to avoid arsenal road motels at all cost. they have a special task force due to high crime and if you are someone of color you are automatically assumed to be doing something illegal

Parking was very convenient. Check in was courteous and efficient and friendly. It was quiet sexceot for dog barks. The price was low. Bathroom was large and convenient for a person in a power chair (wife). Bed was firm and large (king)
