I have been staying at Blue Lagoon for business travel to St. Vincent for many years. I love that your staff greet me by name at checkin and my devices pair automatically. Our stay here was absolutely wonderful and the perfect choice for family and friends visiting SVG for the first time. From check-in to check-out, the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. After our Airbnb plans fell through, this hotel turned out to be the best decision we could’ve made. The location, just off the highway, offered easy access to nearby restaurants and grocery stores, which was very convenient. The rooms were modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, featuring both 115v and 230v outlets, perfect for international travelers. The complimentary breakfast offered a great variety of options each day, and we appreciated the added amenities like the pool, gym, and ample parking. Overall, a five-star experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay in SVG.

A great place to stay right on the water. Super comfortable beds, clean and well taken care of room and overall hotel. The restaurant was great too. Best Conch fritters that I have ever eaten. Friendly and attentive staff. I'll definitely stay here again.

Super clean, fully equipped kitchen, even though no restaurant on site, but you can cook if you want. Location is very close to the beach, about 100 meters, 5 mins walk to La Vue Beach club, 15 mins walk to supermarket to 20 mins drive to Kingstown.

We love the area which is right next to the water.

We love the area which is right next to the water. The beach at Villa was a bit messy and there was rubbish around. The new boardwalk is nice. Some properties along the boardwalk are derelict which detracts from the overall impression. Regular clean ups would be a good idea because this rubbish just blows into the sea polluting it and harming the reef.

Calliaqua is just a settlement close to Kingstown but never...

Calliaqua is just a settlement close to Kingstown but never boring. Locals are very friendly. You'll find several restaurants, some events, a great little supermarket and a gorgeous tiny bakery. Having been to Kingstown quite often I would always choose Calliaqua again as it is laid back and quieter than "the town". Buses a-plenty are connecting Calliaqua with all of St Vincent, and with the ferry port where you can get a boat to the Grenadines, like Bequia.

We went snorkelling trip with DIVE ANTILES from Mangoz...

We went snorkelling trip with DIVE ANTILES from Mangoz jetty to the Campden Park Bay area, 2 really good swims with many fish and some super fan coral. Great boat with an easy ladder to get out of the sea -other snorkellers will know what I mean,They had only 2 dates available and fixed us up with another company for our second trip. Crystal Kayaking with Cass -great fun BUT hard work we got towed out to beyond Young island and had an hours snorkel there. For 2 trips we used Top Dawg Taxis ,One day went up the east coast and then had a similar day out up the west coast, On our days out with Kevin (our driver)we felt we had seen the true St Vincent and nearly all the popular sights. An easy but amazing way to see the island and eat at local restaraunts (shacks ) but fabulous food.Rum punch and cold beers as well !! also being driven is SO relaxing. The local bus(A MINI BUS) crowded with 18 people took us into Kingstown for 5 East carribean dolars. An experience ! We took the ferry to Bequia Island and had a trip around in a friend hire car, Good snorkellig from the beach!

It’s the location for me.

It’s the location for me. You have perfect options of beaches bar / restaurants. Young Island , Mangos Basils at Villa and a lot more. Local fish market. U can even take a boat tour or have a diving experience at the local dive shop. Location is only 15-20 from the airport. CALLIAQUA is the place to be 🫶🏽

The Place is beautiful the houses and the twisting roads are path of natures diversity beautifully harnessed by the citizens. People seem to be layed back , presumably beautiful part of their culture. Need a lot of cash to make the visits to other Islands or even take a cab. Bus ride could be frightening, noisy etc. Young Island was good for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The shot boat ride across adds to the fun...completely safe. Bequia was lovely... plan a day trip , the beach there is ideal for swimming... generally the people are nice , not in your face. that's good, but be unengaging. Recommend the Lobster with rice & veg. My last meal there beautiful...

The trip was too short to talk about the area, Didn't get to tour the area because our trip in svg is to attend the 3days OECS swimming Championship And getting to the Shrewberry Aquatic Center was no problem But I felt at home tnou We ate at the Mint Lounge, the food was excellent Calliaqua seems like a place u can get around easily, because of the amount of buses
