Good person ell. Very friendly. You could rent a scooter at the hotel, but you need to have international driving license with you. Was surprised that shuttle bus to/from airport was for free. And first laundry service was provided from hotel without charge.

We extended our stay at Ngọc Anh Hotel for 2 more days because our stay there was ideal! Tiên is an amazing hostess and her team is also excellent! From the first time she gave us information for everything, arranged us motorbike, our laundry and every little thing always with a smile! The place might be basic. But the one thing that stands out in this place is the willingness of the owner to help and make sure your stay is great. He does not speak English much, but it's Con Dao where English is almost non-existent. However, when you text him through WhatsApp he is actually very responsive and quite chatty in English. I am impressed with his assistance, he is someone who goes above and beyond, and more.... I had a very unfortunate issue when I was there and, beyond my expectation, he helped me resolve it. It's unfortunate that apparently when I was there I heard Con Dao received way less tourists and a lot of local businesses were struggling. I do hope for the best for him and this place. This place has a lot of potential despite its current state, it's still basic. But considering everything, the owner's hospitality, relatively clean place and comfortable bed, value for money, it's worth it.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay here and couldn’t recommend it more. I stayed for 24 nights, and from the very first day I felt completely at home. The hotel is run by a super friendly and incredibly helpful family who genuinely care about their guests. Their warmth and hospitality really make this place special. The owner lady is not only a great host but also a very professional barber, which was a unique and pleasant bonus during my long stay. Everything is handled in a professional yet personal way, making the experience both comfortable and stress-free. I also rented a motorbike, which was almost new and in excellent condition (a Honda). It was reliable, smooth, and perfect for getting around the island. The location is probably the best in Con Dao — an ATM is only about 150 meters away, the marketplace and night market are just 100 meters from the hotel, and Takai Supermarket is only about 200 meters away, making daily shopping incredibly easy. On top of that, there’s a great gym in the supermarket upstairs, which was a huge plus and very convenient for longer stays. Overall, I had a really great experience staying here. Clean, comfortable, perfectly located, and run by wonderful people — this place truly made my time in Con Dao memorable. I would happily stay here again without hesitation.

Great hotel! New and clean rooms, constant hot water, daily cleaning and towel changes! The hotel also offers laundry at a good price and you can rent a bike. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help! We stayed here for a week, then for another week, but it's time to leave. I hope to return to Con Dao and this hotel again!
