Super friendly and helpful staff! It was in a pretty decent location too. Room was spacious. Really liked the massage place down the road too (Zen Massage). We also rented a bike for really affordable rates.

The hotel room was clean and spacious. The pictures online are misleading as the window in our room was boarded over and only had a window into the hotel corridor. Despite this the hotel was comfortable, in a good location and worth the money.

Very comfortable bed, great location on east side of city, very quiet area, close to a lot of cafes for coffee/breakfast. Outdoor staircase at back of building has stunning sunset views and also of the valley behind

The hotel is clean, the staff are enthusiastic, the soundproofing is good, and it’s close to many places, making it easy to get around. Highly recommend everyone to try it!

The location is a real winner! Right next to the markets and street vendor stalls. The staff on the front desk were excellent and willing to help with any travel issues that came up. They even had a First Aid kit readily accessible and was appreciated as I had a fall on a street corner.

Great location and comfortable room. Staff were helpful. Very useful to be able to hire a scooter from the hotel.

Overall, my experience with Booking was satisfactory. While the on-duty staff demonstrated some limitations in terms of professional expertise and handling efficiency, this did not significantly affect the overall service quality. All other aspects, including the booking process, system usability, and service fulfillment, were well-organized and met expectations.
