This is a well run and nicely presented hotel which offers great value for this area. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. The room and bedding was clean, with many toiletries supplied. A very nice shower with lots of hot water. A kettle, tea and coffee and coffee cups were supplied along with bottles of drinking water. The room was serviced daily The breakfast on offer was tasty and good value: the dining room staff were excellent.

This hotel was superior! Extremely zen atmosphere, clean pool, beautiful garden, excellent location. Hot water and bathtubs!! Bed was average for Vietnam but not very hard. I would recommend this hotel. Breakfast was good too.

HVing stayed at the "Luxury" hotel in Daklak I find that Elephants is the much better option. The property is well-maintained staff are very friendly and the breakfast buffet is quite good. The rooms are modern with good amenities.like safe and mini fridge. Lots of food within walking distance as well as the town market. Even the decoration inside is phenomenal showing local art of the Ede people
