This hotel is much more than just a place to stay while visiting Haiphong, it has the feel of a heritage hotel. Although not an old hotel, it is built in the French colonial style, around a beautiful courtyard. The lobby has an old-world feel. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff is friendly, attentive, and professional. Perhaps the best part is the breakfast buffet. It was amazing. Big selection of many food styles in a beautiful setting. The hotel is located in a nice area of Haiphong across from a park. Fun area for walking. My girlfriend's favorite was the Chợ Ga (Ga Market) which is about a 15 minute walk. Great local market. Grab works really well in the area. Never had to wait more than a couple of minutes for a ride to appear. This is a chance to stay at a heritage hotel without paying heritage prices. Oh, and the gym is very well equipped. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here.

Spacious room, beautifully appointed, well equipped. The warmth and helpful nature of Trang and the team; excellent communication and helpful arrangements with transportation. A lovely place to rest! (Also, the hibiscus tea in the coffee shop is delightful!)

Room is spacious, clean and located next to a shopping center. Steam room, jacuzzi, heated Olympic size swimming pool were free for staying guests to use which we did and loved. Staff is friendly, courteous, always willing to help. We will recommend Sheraton Hai Phong to our friends and family traveling to Vietnam.

The room was very pretty, although our booked rooms have no window. The homestay has a big terrace for group or friends gathering on fourth floor.
