the bed was extremely comfortable, the shower was warm and had good pressure, in general very good. The host was one of the sweetest person i have ever met, made me feel so welcoming, i felt like i was at home. 10/10.

Everything was absolutely perfect. Self checkin with clear instruction from the owner (who is so nice and super helpful for everything), clean and spacious rooms, close to all amenities around Ninh Binh city (now Hoa Lu), shampoo and shower gel, towels and I’m sure missing some things. 100% recommend !

I spent there 3 nights. If you rent a scooter its convieniently placed between Trang An and Tam Coc. Relaxing place, friendly staff and good food :)

Very good food, friendly people, very nicely decorated restaurant and surrounding - the center of the homestay. Very comfortable bed and a clean and nice shower outside which we enjoyed a lot hearing birds and nature sounds. Also staff helped in a birthday surprise, which was very nice.

The staff were amazing, we felt like VIPs, they offer a foot bath every night, and make sure to serve welcome treats. The location is great, just a few minutes from the town. They rented us scooters that were great.
