The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the basic amenities, including a comfortable bed, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi. The housekeeping staff did a great job of keeping everything tidy during my stay. The hotel’s location is convenient, with restaurants, shops, and public transportation within walking distance. The breakfast buffet had a decent selection of both local and international dishes, though I would have appreciated a bit more variety. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, although check-in took longer than expected.It’s a good choice for travelers looking for comfort and convenience at a reasonable price.

We absolutely loved it! The Retreat is next to the forest, everything is green, full of flowers and little lights. Every room has a different style, ours hat a small private pool right Infront of the door. Rooms are beautiful, with little details that make it very comfortable (bloototh speaker, small mirror with a light, extra charging station,..). Ist cozy, beautiful, made with care.

This wasn't on our agenda, but with flights cancelled, we found this 7km west of Hanoi Airport. It's not in a tourist area. Most people do not speak English, but the area is the real Vietnam, and we loved it. Rooms were comfortable, and the owner was friendly and helpful, even cooking us an evening meal. Beds comfortable, lift available, and room rates were good value

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The highlight for me was the very spacious room, elevated design mixing traditional and modern elements, and a 10/10 bed. The bed was truly something. :) Every corner was spotless, the commitment to cleanliness was tangible. The personnel were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. I attended an event during my visit and was impressed by the event space—it was well-equipped, modern, and spacious, making it ideal for gatherings of all sizes. Surrounded by beautiful nature, the setting is tranquil and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a weekend getaway or a memorable event. The hotel premises are vast, you even have designated walking tracks surrounding the main building.I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and a touch of luxury in a stunning environment

Had a beautiful time here for our short stay in near Noi Bai airport! For the price it was unbeatable. The staff are so nice and helpful. really great If your looking to stop by the area or just a quick pit stop this is a recommended spot for me.

So clean! So comfy! Lovely spacious room. 5 minute Grab to airport and option for airport shuttle also. Loads of local restaurants within a 5 minute walk.

It was very clean, close to the airport and a great budget option. We booked a car to the airport through them and it arrived on time the next morning. Bee, the receptionist who welcomed us was wonderful and gave us directions to a restaurant ( which was good) nearby. She really was helpful

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport, and it didn't disappoint. The location is excellent—just a short distance away and incredibly easy to find. Booking a transfer back to the terminal was a breeze, which took all the stress out of my morning flight. What really made the stay, though, was the staff; they were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Highly recommend for any traveler!

Very close to airport and the room was clean (though there was one used towel forgotten in the closet). Massage and food places around and is a great choice if you have an early flight. Staff also provide a one way trip to the airport. Thank you for also keeping my items that I left (I came back to pick it up)
