The best aspect first is that the staff is amazing. They were super kind and they helped us with booking everything, including transport to our next stop (Ba Be lake) and visit to Ban Gioc waterfall (+more) on our day in Cao Bang. Just to precise, we arrived at 4:30am with a night bus and the owner welcomed us and opened the door for us, which was so kind. We were in a shared room of 4 with 4 huuuuge beds so there was plenty of space.
