The dorm room is so comfortable, the beds are huge and the bathrooms are modern and very clean. The location is great, right along the river with some great coffee and food shops only steps away. The host is so kind and helpful, he helped me to book the bus to Ba Be and went out of his way to make sure I got there in time. I would recommend it to everyone.

It was spotless. The room was clean and comfortable. Amazing black out curtains. No light came in and we slept great on comfy beds. Staff was available and helpful and responsive both before and during our stay. And allowed us early check in after a long night of travel

We stayed at this hotel during the flooding but they transferred us the next day. They were accommodating to all our needs during the crisis. It's just a shame about the flooding, but hopefully we'll get to visit Cao Bang in the future and stay here. The rooms are all new and spacious and clean. The staff were all amazing too!
