It was clean, in a central location and had everything we needed for a short stay. I would definitely use this hotel for my next stay

Cơ sở vật chất nhìn chung khá ổn. Phòng ốc khá sạch sẽ gọn gàng. Thiết kế phòng có chút tối giản nhưng mình thấy cũng tạm chấp nhận đc.

The hotel was located in an area where there are lots of development and I was amazed what I got for my money. The balcony was huge the room was huge and clean. Located on the beach.

It's a good clean hotel , apart from the bed base was broken, Its walking distance to the beach,

The service provided by the staff was absolutely fantastic

Very pleasant stay indeed. Whilst the hotel was virtually empty, I enjoyed an excellent breakfast. The staff were very welcoming.

I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay for 2 nights and 3 days. The view from the room, overlooking the swimming pool and the ocean beyond, was as beautiful as a landscape painting. The room was also very comfortable, and the staff service was excellent.

First of all, i think Samson itself is an underrated travel destination. And FLC group has made an artificial town on the bank of sea and FLC Grand Hotel is a 5 star hotel along with a great bunch of facilities and well mannered staffs which is really outstanding. And on top of that, a 5 star hotel with these rent only - seriously? Ohh yes, FLC Grand has made it possible. Being an Indian, staying in Hong Kong, we were craving for Indian chicken curry which we expressed as wish, next day morning, they kept those in breakfast. The point is here that they think about guests and their nationality and try to arrange food accordingly. And the manager, Mr. Hope was real hope for us as we were facing language issue, but this man is a very well english speaking guy and he took care of everything during our stay. He is a very nice human being that I must say. Overall, we stayed 2 nights and felt like if we could stay few more days! The property is so big and well organised that itself takes two days atleast to enjoy everything fully. Forget about outside attractions. And it's around 100 km far from Ninh Binh. If We ever think for a 3-4 days short trip in Vietnam, we would like to return back here in Sam Son and stay in FLC Grand Hotel again.

The owner was amazing, our stay was during the off season, but he went above and beyond to make sure we had all we needed.
