The room was decent. The beds were comfortable. The location was good. Good for a base while exploring local landmarks. Eg. The Dam and the Pagoda, in Hoa Binh. The hotel ran the local taxis for us, as there is no Grab service.

Me and my dad , We were traveling together, and the hotel offered to upgrade one of our rooms — we accepted the upgrade. Unfortunately, the upgraded room was disappointing: it wasn’t clean, the sheets were dirty, the bathroom had a bad smell, and there was visible mold on the walls. In contrast, the regular room was perfectly fine — clean, neat, and very comfortable. The overall hotel facilities didn’t look as well-maintained or welcoming as shown in the pictures, with the outdoor areas appearing somewhat neglected and disorganized. On a positive note, the dinner was excellent and definitely the highlight of our stay.
