Very cool architectural design. So different. Rooms were cozy and cool. Staff members were VERY responsive to any requests we had -- about meals, pool facility, check-in.

Upon arriving to Coast House Boutique Hotel, there is a sense of being someplace special. The building shines on its quiet street. The entryway and lobby areas are fully functional while the inspired decor is that of an upscale, luxe metropolitan hotel which would be impressive in any global city. The room rates are competitive in the area and a good value considering the superior cleanliness and amenities of the hotel. It is clear that the owners have extensive experience in hospitality because the rooms are thoughtfully arranged with full anticipation of guests' needs. I rented a studio apartment with kitchen for an extended stay. The hotel staff were welcoming and accommodating with good communication even when my arrival plans changed. Cookware and serving supplies were generously provided. The clothes washing machine in my room was among the best I've used anywhere. The air conditioner worked great. The option for daily housekeeping is wonderful; whether I only needed trash pickup and towel exchange or a full room cleanup, the ladies were always joyful and thorough. The bed and living areas in my room were clean and comfortable. I slept well and enjoyed my free time in the room and in the surrounding areas. The ocean and promenade are conveniently a block away. There are excellent massage spas within a 2-4 minute walk at either end of the street; Hot Mineral Springs I-Resort is a 12 minute drive. Moon Milk grocery store is a few blocks away with high quality goods and produce, both local and imported. Grab deliveries & pickups are easy at the street right in front of the lobby. The 24-hour front desk kindly receives online shopping packages for pickup at guests' convenience. Mobile phone store, juice shop, print shop, ATMs, and numerous restaurants are within a short walk. I enthusiastically recommend Coast House for a stay of any length in Nha Trang.

Hotel staff and managers are very kind and friendly. Hotel upgraded my room which had a great ocean view. I could enjoy the beach and the rooftop pool during my staying. The security guard hosed off my feet when I came back from the beach. All staff came out of the hotel to see me off when checking out. An incredible service for this price.

Really nice decor, very special and nice staff
