It's JW Marriott. If Marriott was good this is the more upscale, richer cousin. Excellent facilities, great rooms and the staff are some of the best trained I've had the chance to interact with. Their command of the English language is superb, considering Vietnam is not a mainly English speaking country. They assist the guests at every inquiry. Food is great. Room service response time is also good.

I stayed at The westgate suites during a business trip to Hanoi and had a very pleasant experience. I had the conferrence in JW Marriot in Pham Hung str for a few days. It's quite near from this apartment to the Marriot Hotel. The apartment was much more spacious than a hotel room, with three comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living area. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was perfect for working remotely. The location is excellent, just a few minutes from Keangnam and the Vincom center. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés and a GS25 convenience store right downstairs, making everything very convenient. The building itself feels modern and secure, and the staff were always quick to respond whenever I had a question. I would definitely stay here again on my next business trip to Hanoi.
