The hotel is new and clean, stuff is kind and professional. Hotel is not very difficult to find, it's just deep in the alley among the buildings, but can be tricky to find if you arrive at night as that alley is closed and you must come from another side, where all you can find is just a simple door. The location is quite good, close to the train street and many places to eat. So it is good price for the value you get, especially comparing to other hotels in the area.

I was really impressed with the hotel because of its cleanliness, beautiful design, and green space. The hotel overlooks the Red River, very airy and romantic. Infinity pool on the roof. Extremely lovely staff. I got free late check out until 2:30 pm because I have a small child. The breakfast buffet did not have many dishes, but the pho was very delicious.
