I’m glad we picked this hotel for our stay in Hanoi. The ambience feels luxurious, the place is in clean and pristine condition. Everything smells amazing, from the lobby to the rooms. I had the most amazing sleep here. But my favorite part is the hospitality of the crew. Thank you Ms. Hannah, sir Trung, sir Liem and sir Quan - they really arranged our accommodation and transports very well and we felt really taken care of. We also have a free upgrade of our room! Yay. It’s outside the bustling streets of old quarter so it’s peaceful but still accessible. It’s near west lake so that’s a plus.
