I stayed 3 nights at the hotel in low season (September), especially for the hot spring. There were more employees than travelers. At most 10-20 rooms of this 32-story hotel were occupied. Services were at minimum. The touted in-room bathtub for the whole hotel was not in operation. Most store were closed.
