Great location. Veronika is an excellent cook. The price for transportation to the volcano is 3000 watts less than in the surrounding resorts. Veronika's husband took us to a local village with a Kava tasting and indigenous dancers. I highly recommend.

First of all, "Sam, Mike and Lena, thank you very much!!" It was a very very beautiful experience. Also, it was a very different experience than other coutries. I stayed here solo for 3 nights and wished I could have stayed longer. If you are going to Tanna Island, I highly recommend staying here. I stayed in a unique room which was on the top of tree and I enjoyed it!! At the time, the bungalow was under renovation and there were no guests staying there, but the view from the balcony at the bungalow room was so beautiful that I spent a long time looking at the view from the balcony. So both the treetop rooms and the bungalow rooms are great! ============================== I traveled in March 2025, but due to issues with the Vanuatu government, it was difficult to get a plane ticket to Tanna Island. If you're in the same situation, you can request a ticket by sending an email from the Air Vanuatu website. ============================== The people in Vanuatu are very kind and friendly, the volcanoes are beautiful (I have been on volcano tours 4 times), and the jungle is not too buggy if you bring bug spray, so I would definitely recommend a trip here.

I would like to give a completely full 10 points. Marsha is so nice and kind and outstandingly helpful. Without her prompt answer and exact suggestion and detailed information to every question I raised, I wouldn’t have made this volcano tour realized. Thank you Matha, and your team! Joel and his famile are the best hosts! So friendly, warm and welcoming. They can help you arrange airport transfer, visit to the mountain, cultural village, cannibals, etc. All at great prices. They can cook lunch and dinner for a small fee and provide free water all you can drink. The treehouse is amazing with the best view. Location is great and very close to the visitorcenter and the ash plane (15 min. Walk). You can even see the volcano from the balcony and hear it’s roar. We were their very first guests and really enjoyed our 2 night stay. They are working hard to improve everyday but the basics are in place. However, there is no electricity so bring a full powerbank and a headlamp.

The location is absolutely fantastic with beautiful views. The garden is really great, beautifully lush. The rooms are incredibly beautifully decorated with an eye for detail, each with a fantastic terrace or a balcony. Privacy for each room is guaranteed by the clever design of the entire accommodation. The grounds with garden and orchard are great to walk through. There is a path down where you can easily enter the water to go snorkeling in calm water. Such beautiful coral with its even more beautiful fish, you're in a real time aquarium! The restaurant is open and very spacious with absolutely the best food! Every day another menu is really awesome to choose from. The owners/ managers and staff are very friendly and very helpful to arrange everthing you would love to do. At the end of the day the staff made a fire in the firepit to enjoy the sunset with a drink, just before dinner. The managers arranged all the excursions that we wanted to do and took care that everything went according to plan, wow! To experience the volcano from so close is a super special experience and great that we saw, felt and smelled that. The route to it through the ashplanes was absolutely amazing! Yakel village was also a super special experience with beautiful people. Also a visit to the banyan tree was magical! A tip I want to give, go to the website to read all the excursions you can do on site in advance. So that you know what you want to do when you get there and can book directly to optimize your stay. We absolutely loved Tanna and loved our stay at the Resort and whished we could have stayed even longer!
