Breakfast was delicious and staff was friendly. Good location with pool view. My room was perfect with garden view . Room was clean and tidy and cleaner Naomi pop in every morning with clean towels and refill all the necessities. I stayed for 4 nights and it was awesome.

This hotel is very central and yet feels like an escape at the same time. The staff have changed since the first time I used their services in the early years of 2018-2019. Hospitality has improved greatly since my first stay. Breakfast is okay. The bar and room service menu also good.

Location was very convenient for shopping and going to and frm visiting our families but we would like to especially commend the ladies that served us breakfast each morning, they were very friendly serving breakfast n other things we needed when we ask with a big smile especially the lead lady (I’m sorry I forgot her name) but she was very very nice n made all of us feel welcomed. Please I hope they will get some kind of bonus for their awesome service n smiling faces, thank you thank you for making us feel welcomed there we would love to stay there again on our next visit to Samoa

Hotel architecture, environment and surroundings, staff (especially front house person - Paris), staff service, excellent accessibility for wheelchair users, good parking, pool and layout of all seating areas etc, Breakfast menu, Siva afi performances during Fiafia night, cleanliness of all areas of hotel, bar staff service and drinks (although a bit expensive), Barista coffee - perfectly made.

Clean, more spaces with the deluxe option, nice swimming pool, AC was working through out our 7 days stayed, and is close to downtown.

The rooms are super nice and it is pretty good location. Walking distance to the main things on the Apia. The owner is super nice and helpful. He helped us with the driver.

My sister and I loved everything about this place. It certainly met our requirements. The Staff were very professional and accommodating and were able to offer expert advice, which we certainly appreciated!
