We liked everything. I rarely score any small hotel 10 out of 10, because it’s doesn’t leave any higher score for really special 5 star hotels, but this one deserves it! The room was lovely, modern, clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked, the shower was good, nice amenities including tea, coffee, shampoo, etc. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, just a five or ten minute walk to the stone bridge and other historic sites. And, as others have said, the breakfast was fantastic! We highly recommend a stay here!

We loved this accomodation a lot! The room is spacious, clean, bed was comfortable. Host is super helpful and kind! Location is perfection. Breakfast is served at a restaurant and it was delicious. Turned out that we had a few drinks the night before just at the same restaurant and that was a cool place as well. Personnel is on the top. Prizren is wonderful and people are super hospitable and kind. Thank you for hosting us!

Hotel Hiserra is one of the nicest places I've ever stayed at. The location couldn't be better; it's right between the stone bridge, the Sinan Pasha mosque and the fortress, and slightly uphill. This gave me a great view over the town from my twin bed room, and also it's nice and quiet at night. I'm also very positive about the staff, who treat you as their personal guest, and also take good care of the neighbourhood cats.

Very clean and comfortable. Host communicates well and saved me a parking space right in front. 5 minute walk to the stone bridge, where much of the nightlife is. Highly recommended.

The hotel is conveniently located and close to the river and the famous stone bridge. Breakfast is good and staff are courteous. Rooms are clean and convenient. I really liked that the staff were unobtrusive and wouldn't bother me while also being helpful when I needed it. They charged exactly the amount quoted when I booked and went out of their ways to make my stay pleasant.

Clean, modern hotel with friendly staff.Clean, modern hotel with friendly staff. I arrived by bus and the hotel is a straight line, 15min walk from the central station. The town centre is also only a 30min walk from the hotel. The hotel itself is very small, taking up only the 2nd floor of the building. On the ground floor is casual restaurant and café, the first floor appears to be a function suite and the second floor is the hotel reception and bedrooms. I think there are approximately 15 rooms in total. All of the staff I encountered were very friendly and welcoming, the bedroom was clean, stylish and comfortable, and the shower was very good. Breakfast was served in the restaurant area on the ground floor and consisted of an omelette, hot dogs, cheeses, cold meats, a selection of sauces, bread, chocolate croissants and a selection of drinks. Breakfast was prepared to order and served at your table. There are some restaurants and supermarkets close to the hotel and the new city shopping mall is a short walk away.
