Excellent breakfast, fabulous welcoming staff, clean functional comfortable rooms, parking was secure and a safe walk to the casino and show on the grounds. All the staff from the doorman, our room service ladies, the reception staff & the breakfast catering staff were excellent. Better than many 4 & 5 star hotels we have stayed in ! We loved the extras - the water hydration station and the ice machine . Well done to all.

Units are spotless, comfortable, stylish, everything you need, and more! Most comfortable bed, ever! Kitchenette is well equipped, complimentary coffee, tea, and even rusks (beskuit) and biscuits. The proprietor was quick to respond, fantastic communication. Easy, self check-in, and very secure. The views of Table Mountain were spectacular from Room 1 (Honeymoon Suite)

Everything. I was feeling restless because I was arriving at Cape Town alone and very late but Hotel Verde made the experience absolutely perfect and relaxing. The communication, the shuttle service, the room and wc quality and cleanliness, the staff, the promptness to answer my requests, the breakfast.. Everything was great! I absolutely recommend it at all levels.

I lost my flight connection to Cape Town and they allowed to move my booking to the next day without charges, I appreciate it much! Besides that, very friendly staff, they even give a beer upon checking in. Breakfast was delicious and there is a nice view of the city

Too many things to mention that I liked! We were treated like five star clients. The staff, throuhgout, are excellent. The breakfast was excellent. Sne, the server/barista created beautiful delicious cappuccinos. Staff (Enoch, Shannon, and Yvonne) were so friendly and helpful. Their lovely smiles and friendliness are very welcoming.

More food specials especially durong week and not only...

More food specials especially durong week and not only weekends. Food was delicious and would definitely eat there again (special or not) Please, and I have been askong it for years., get like shadecloth for guests staying at hotel. If I had to stay for a week or more, the sun would have burnt my car and probably cracked a window or dashboard.. I stayednthere before and always requested this

This is not the first time we have spent time at this lodge...

This is not the first time we have spent time at this lodge and will always come back as the Hotel is always neat and friendly staff . Breakfast and dinners are outstanding and the fact that they are close to the Grand West Casino makes it so much more attractive. My wife and i enjoy the theatre shows and staying over instead of driving home late at night makes it worth our while. Will be back soon again.
