It was refreshing to be there actually it is just therapeutic, the hosts Lydia and Kobus are very nice people and they were available immediately for every assistance we required. The place was clean; even though we were late (8PM), we got the necessary support to allow us to check in. The number of the establishment is answered promptly. Due to load shedding, we could only get it via WhatsApp call. The place even had sufficient power provision though load shedding. The staff is friendly and goes out of its way to assist when requested, e.g., with ironing of clothes.

The Loft was perfect for us. It is well furnished and decorated and clean. All is very well maintained and kitchen offers everything needed. The owners are living on the same premises and are very friendly and attentive. Also the location is very good, in a quite housing area but close to shops, restaurants and the nature reserve. Lovely cool unit in the summer. Amazing pool to cool down on hot summer days. The unit was well equipped, spacious and very clean. The hosts were amazing. Kind and patient, they went out of their way to make sure we had a great time. We will definitely book again.
