The staff, food and accommodation was amazing. Jacques and his team know good hospitality! 10/10 to the kitchen team as well, we were very impressed. Make sure to bring cash to give the staff a well deserved tip! 😆

Really loved staying at Dunromin with such a rich history. Tanie and Oupa were really welcoming and Dunromin is definitely a home away from home! Not forgetting the Aunties who were a really great help and the Amazing vetkoeks we had. 100% recommend staying here!! Could not have chosen a more homey place!

Although I booked to stay at Mieliefontein there was work being done on the property so they booked me at another property that they own called Khoisan Karoo. What a lovely place! Although the gardens are not as well manicured, it is by the side of the river and the log cabin they had me in was exceptional. The food must say was beyond exceptional. The owners were very friendly and accommodating and the frozen meat pies on offer were the best I have tasted for a member of years. All meat and very little gravy.

The Hanover is such a Jewel, and I love the quirkiness, the Decor blew us away and the garden is so beautifully kept. You can see love and care has gone into this Luxury Hotel. The staff were friendly, full of smiles and Louis stood out for us most of all, very welcoming and made us feel right at home. I highly recommend that people travelling through Hanover, take the time to stop over and have a unique experience.

The bedroom was very comfortable, likewise the pub. The restaurant was a great place to enjoy a good meal. Didn't use the lounge but it looked very comfortable - had to go to the pub to secure our seats to watch the Rugby Cup Final. will stay there again, anytime..

Hannover is a very small little town.

Hannover is a very small little town. If you are looking for a quaint little town, It is not Hannover. In this town, I sense a heartbeat of it's own ..... a little town trying to hold it's head high in South Africa with some tears in it's eyes.

Quaint town that is a better alternative to staying in Beaufort West. Residents are taking their town and transforming into a stop over delight. Ash Tree Guest House a gem. The little Pub & Grill serving lamb chop and sherry on a chilly evening was was also great. Even the petrol attendants were really friendly. Good job Hanover.

it is truly easy to move around Hanover. It being a quiet and small town we could walk around town and see few places most notably the iconic signature site of Hanover being the church. The church building made me feel like having a wedding right there in the centre of the Republic of South Africa.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. It was like staying with friends. They have a coffee shop with light meals that is useful in a small town with limited other facilities. Relaxing cool garden and quaint features in a quaint little town with a stunning old church. A perfect stop over between CT and Joburg !
