While travelling in south Africa, we have stopped in Hectorspruit and stayed at the gecko cottage for 2 nights. Beautiful place, very spacious, quite and super clean. Very safe area and private parking inside the property. Sharon & Andy are the best hosts ever. We had to leave very early to get to kruger park and Sharon packed up a lovely breakfast for us and gave us all the information and routes we needed to continue our journey through south Africa. Place is Highly recommended

The hosts delightful. And the location is phenomenal. Game drives are unmissable, too. Would return here in a heartbeat. Found it to be unmatched value.

From the infinity pool deck the bush is feet away with the occasional buck strolling past and elephants bathing in the distance. The house is beautiful and spacious, well-decorated with everything you need.
