The guest house is conveniently located in town, making it easily accessible. We requested a late check-in and were warmly welcomed by Mr Albert*, who was on the night shift. He was polite, courteous, and made sure my family and I were comfortable. He also offered to provide any additional items we might need. Our rooms were neat, clean, and well-prepared. I must commend Ms. Basebi, who serviced our rooms in the morning, for her humble nature and diligence. We had forgotten an item in our room, and she kindly contacted me to arrange for its return. She went out of her way to ensure the item was couriered to us in Pretoria, with delivery expected within three days. Her thoughtfulness and commitment to excellent service are truly appreciated. Your staff provided exceptional service.
