Lovely enchanting ambiance. Each tree house is unique and beautiful. We previously stayed in planequarium, this time in fantasy. Magical experience, and the kids loved it. Breakfast and dinner was delicious, and there was ample food to enjoy.

You immediately feel looked after, which makes it very easy to relax. The views from the house and across the farm are absolutely magical. The staff were amazing (with the exception of Mr Monde at reception who was not very welcoming). The spa, restaurant, cleaners, and repair men were all friendly, professional, helpful and took initiative to resolve any issues. The room was clean and functional. The breakfasts were great with a stunning view. The spa treatment room had a beautiful view. The gardens are stunning.
