I would like to note that Bluewaters Island is one of the most convenient and enjoyable areas to stay in Dubai. I’ve stayed in the Bluewaters Buildings multiple times, and the experience has always been positive. My most recent apartment had a stunning view, especially in the evening. The sight of Ain Dubai lit up at night, and the surrounding city skyline was truly impressive. The apartment was spacious, with access to a pool and gym, making it even more convenient. You can also enjoy the beach by purchasing a day pass at nearby hotels like Delano or Banyan Tree - both just a 5 min walk away.
It's worth mentioning that the price is lower than nearby hotels.
Situated in the centre of Dubai, the 'Byron Bay' Condo - Coastal 2BR - Executive Burj Khalifa Suite features a private beach area, a garden, free WiFi, and free private parking for guests who drive.
