She prepared an entire PDF guide with everything we needed to know about Lake Como which was very helpful! We particularly enjoyed the location right by the lake and beach. The beach can be reached just 2-3min by foot. Particularly nice was the tidiness of the apartment and the garage parking. It was easy to feel homely and secure that way. All the amenities worked fantastically and without problems.
