Travelled in a group of seven and this apartment was absolutely perfect for the group of us. Amazing location, close to many stations. Yu was a welcoming and warm host, very easy to contact with prompt responding speed. We were provided with many appliances and free utilities which only improved our stay, this including Japanese snacks, multiple Dyson products to use, laundry detergent etc. Apartment was overall clean and everything needed for a stay in Tokyo.

I liked how big the house was for five people. The kitchen and living room were comfortable, spacious and made us feel at home. The bright, huge bedrooms and the view with Skytree was really nice. the host came to the house to fix the shower drainage which was at fault promptly right after we called. There were three different stations accessible from the house by bus. Accessibility is nice to Akihabara, Ikebukuro, and Skytree. The convenience of having a family mart right down the house.

#29 -フェイズ立川- Entire Unit is located in Tachikawa, just 6 miles from Fuchu Park and 6.5 miles from Fuchu Art Museum. This apartment provides air-conditioned accommodations with a balcony and free Wifi.... I was assigned at level 4. To my surprise, there is no lift. I was not alerted at the beginning. Getting up by staircase, which is not well covered. I would be soaked wet if the rain came. Luckily, my 2 nights' stay was dry. Getting the key was challenging. The instruction did not mention how to open the keybox. I spent a good 30 minutes until Bravo. I managed to pull outwards from the top to open the keybox. It will be good if help is given, a conversation will do . Almost giving up, but I'm glad to open the keybox. The pluses are good large bed, good heater, well equipped kitchen and generous supply of towels and tissues..
