This place was incredible - very new,across from the beach, great for coffee, bars and restaurants, basically $5 in a Tuk Tuk to anywhere you need to go outside of walking distance! The pool at sunset was absolutely amazing! Our host Nimal was incredibly fantastic to deal with… the Negombo beach on a Sunday arvo needs to be experienced… ‘fish on a stick’ and shots with the locals was the best!

Apartment was nice and but it needed bit more cleaning and maintenance. There was no iron and a Iron Board which was disappointing.
