The entrance door and the elevator are electronic so no classic key is to be carried over. Everything is clean and fresh. I was there with my family and it is ok. In my view exception is the generalization that the appartment can be used by four or five people. For extra charge of 7 euro per night parking was secured for my vehicle in the basement.
