Every morning began with a smile — the atmosphere of peace, comfort, and harmony was something truly special. The apartment had everything I needed — everything worked flawlessly, and I never felt any discomfort. The pool was an absolute dream — crystal clear, well-maintained, and extremely comfortable. A perfect place to relax and disconnect from the outside world. But what truly impressed me the most was the woman managing the apartment. She was always available, incredibly kind, attentive, and genuine. Her care and support made me feel safe and completely at ease — that kind of hospitality is rare and so valuable. The location is another great advantage — everything is close by, yet the area is peaceful and quiet. The perfect balance between convenience and tranquility. And the best part — the price was surprisingly affordable. For such a high level of comfort and service, it was a fantastic value. I received far more than I expected. This place was a true discovery for me. If you’re looking for an apartment that is beautiful, comfortable, quiet, with a pool, excellent service, and at a fair price — this is the one. Location was fantastic, just a half block off 5th Avenue, close to shopping, restaurants and Mamitas beach. The building was very secure and always being cleaned. Rooftop had a great view and good seating. While close to the action on 5th, it was quiet for sleeping.

The location is fantastic, close to all the restaurants and amenities. We loved everything about it and will definitely return.

An amazing experience at this condo. First, I’d like to applaud the outstanding level of communication from the hosts Emilio and Alan. Emilio is never far from the property and responds to inquiries within minutes. The studio condo is huge, new, very well furnished, and although on the first level, it is not ground level. Although located on a busy street the condo is located on the back of the building and hardly any noise at night. The king size bed is very comfortable with lots of extra pillows and blankets if needed. AC and Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The rooftop pool was amazing and had a great view of the city and the ocean. There was lots of storage for clothing. The washroom was a nice size with a big shower and good water pressure and temperature. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the utensils needed and lots of pots and pans, blender, kettle and coffee pot as well as some basic essentials. The condo is just a few meters from 5th avenue where you will fine dozens of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. You are a few minutes walk from the beach and a huge supermarket. The balcony is very private and great space to just chill. I enjoyed everything about this condo and looking forward to a return visit. Thanks for a great stay.
