I highly recommend this place for any length of stay in Playa del Carmen. The price-to-value ratio is unbeatable. The location is ideal—just a few minutes' walk to the main public beach, the ferry, 5th Avenue, Walmart, and the ADO station. The flat itself is spotless, modern, and well-equipped with everything you might need—without unnecessary clutter. The bed is super comfortable, there’s plenty of storage with hangers and closet space, and the spacious living room stays cool and even has a balcony. The kitchen is fully stocked with new pots, pans, knives, a coffee machine, a microwave—nothing was missing. The building is also high-tech, and the air conditioning works flawlessly. The only downside was the cleaning service. The apartment is serviced every other day, which usually includes fresh towels, linens, and a general cleanup. However, while the sheets weren’t changed (which was fine), the cleaner unnecessarily reorganized my belongings—moving things between rooms, including personal items like those on my bedside table. That felt intrusive, and I imagine most people wouldn’t be comfortable with it. That said, this minor inconvenience was completely outweighed by the landlord, who is exceptional at what he does. The check-in process was seamless, the flat was perfectly prepared, and—most impressively—he carried my massive suitcase up three flights of stairs without me even asking. A huge gesture that alone deserves a 5+ star rating!

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Tulum. The place was spacious, spotless, beautifully decorated, and very well cared for. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the water pressure was strong with clean water, and everything worked perfectly. It felt peaceful and very safe, with a friendly and attentive security guard always present. The whole area was quiet and relaxing — ideal for resting. What made it even better was the location. Just around the corner there’s a pharmacy and a convenience store, and within walking distance, you’ll find great spots to eat or have dinner, some with live music and a vibrant yet laid-back vibe. The people were kind and welcoming everywhere we went. I would absolutely stay here again — highly recommended!

Tudo muito bonito, limpo e organizado. Perfeito para atender qualquer necessidade dos mais exigentes. Único ponto de atenção é o excesso de escadas: caso alguém possua necessidades especiais, será um problema.

Beautiful, modern, and very clean accommodation at Amira District in a great location — close to beach bars, a lovely public beach in Jaguar Park, and just a short drive from the city center. The rooftop pools (all four are accessible) are perfect for relaxing, and the gym and bikes are a great bonus. We have nothing to complain about and would definitely stay here again. If you’re staying at Amira District, we highly recommend choosing an apartment managed by Cristina. She was the highlight of our stay — incredibly helpful, always responsive, and truly focused on making guests feel comfortable (e.g. little extras like pool mats that others residents did not have and basic food supplies in the apartment). She shared excellent local tips that we tried and loved.

The house has everything you need to enjoy your days, the swimming pool is so good, and you have kitchen, laundry, refigretator, coffee maker even with capsules of coffe, definetely if i will travel again to puerto morelos, this will be my option. We normally went out to know puerto morelos downtown, akumal, playa del carmen and many cenotes, at the end of the day we arrive to swimm.
