The staff is amazing, very welcoming and friendly. They are available for anything you need. Antonella is more than great! She gave us multiple recommendations in terms of visits, where to rent scooters and ATV; and coordinated transportation for us to/froma irport and Chichen Itza(very last minute - thank you!). The apartments are beautiful, and equipped with all the essentials. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance as well as small stores for shopping and grocery stores. We rented ATVs and were able to see a lot of Tulum. Would definitely come again. Thank you for everything!

I highly recommend this place for any length of stay in Playa del Carmen. The price-to-value ratio is unbeatable. The location is ideal—just a few minutes' walk to the main public beach, the ferry, 5th Avenue, Walmart, and the ADO station. The flat itself is spotless, modern, and well-equipped with everything you might need—without unnecessary clutter. The bed is super comfortable, there’s plenty of storage with hangers and closet space, and the spacious living room stays cool and even has a balcony. The kitchen is fully stocked with new pots, pans, knives, a coffee machine, a microwave—nothing was missing. The building is also high-tech, and the air conditioning works flawlessly. The only downside was the cleaning service. The apartment is serviced every other day, which usually includes fresh towels, linens, and a general cleanup. However, while the sheets weren’t changed (which was fine), the cleaner unnecessarily reorganized my belongings—moving things between rooms, including personal items like those on my bedside table. That felt intrusive, and I imagine most people wouldn’t be comfortable with it. That said, this minor inconvenience was completely outweighed by the landlord, who is exceptional at what he does. The check-in process was seamless, the flat was perfectly prepared, and—most impressively—he carried my massive suitcase up three flights of stairs without me even asking. A huge gesture that alone deserves a 5+ star rating!

Tulsayab is a luxury condo development located in Tankah Bay, Tulum. Offers 6 independent beachfront apartments with private beach and outdoor pool. Exceptional place. The host is very friendly and helpful, they are there 24/7 which makes your stay safe. Bed to beach distance is like 30m with plenty of facilities like sunbeds, pool, even lifevest and swimming googles. Beautiful views, sunset, NOBODY in the vicinity. In the house you have unlimited bottled water, fruits, coffee and everything you need. The house is older but very well maintained and clean. There are even wild, friendly animals which are not dangerous and don't cause any problems. And you can take a shower looking at part of the jungle, which is just behind the window.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Tulum. The place was spacious, spotless, beautifully decorated, and very well cared for. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the water pressure was strong with clean water, and everything worked perfectly. It felt peaceful and very safe, with a friendly and attentive security guard always present. The whole area was quiet and relaxing — ideal for resting. What made it even better was the location. Just around the corner there’s a pharmacy and a convenience store, and within walking distance, you’ll find great spots to eat or have dinner, some with live music and a vibrant yet laid-back vibe. The people were kind and welcoming everywhere we went. I would absolutely stay here again — highly recommended!

Objekt Gran Suite Cancun - Beach Condo nalazi se u četvrti ‘Zona Hotelera’ u Cancúnu na 16 min hoda od znamenitosti Plaža Playa Delfines te ima vanjski bazen, vrt, privatnu plažu i terasu. We liked the location of the apartment so close to the beach. We liked that the beach was supervised and that there were always free lounges on the beach and next to the pool. The apartment has everything you might need for a vacation. We took R-1 and R -2 buses to go to the supermarkets, many places around the Cancun hotel zone, and to the downtown. It was super easy. It was also easy to communicate with the host. We’ll definitely would like to come back.

Objekt Designer Cave Condo with Beach Club included - Hotel Zone Tulum nalazi se u gradu 'Tulum', u blizini znamenitosti South Tulum Beach te nudi smještaj s vanjskim bazenom, najmom bicikla,... Beautiful, modern, and very clean accommodation at Amira District in a great location — close to beach bars, a lovely public beach in Jaguar Park, and just a short drive from the city center. The rooftop pools (all four are accessible) are perfect for relaxing, and the gym and bikes are a great bonus. We have nothing to complain about and would definitely stay here again. If you’re staying at Amira District, we highly recommend choosing an apartment managed by Cristina. She was the highlight of our stay — incredibly helpful, always responsive, and truly focused on making guests feel comfortable (e.g. little extras like pool mats that others residents did not have and basic food supplies in the apartment). She shared excellent local tips that we tried and loved.
