Bed to beach distance is like 30m with plenty of facilities like sunbeds, pool, even lifevest and swimming googles. Beautiful views, sunset, NOBODY in the vicinity. In the house you have unlimited bottled water, fruits, coffee and everything you need. The house is older but very well maintained and clean. There are even wild, friendly animals which are not dangerous and don't cause any problems. And you can take a shower looking at part of the jungle, which is just behind the window.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Tulum. The place was spacious, spotless, beautifully decorated, and very well cared for. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the water pressure was strong with clean water, and everything worked perfectly. It felt peaceful and very safe, with a friendly and attentive security guard always present. The whole area was quiet and relaxing — ideal for resting. What made it even better was the location. Just around the corner there’s a pharmacy and a convenience store, and within walking distance, you’ll find great spots to eat or have dinner, some with live music and a vibrant yet laid-back vibe. The people were kind and welcoming everywhere we went. I would absolutely stay here again — highly recommended!

Gran Suite Cancun - Beach Condo ligt in de wijk Zona Hotelera in Cancun, op slechts 16 minuten lopen van Playa Delfines, en heeft een buitenzwembad, een tuin, een privéstrand en een terras. We liked the location of the apartment so close to the beach. We liked that the beach was supervised and that there were always free lounges on the beach and next to the pool. The apartment has everything you might need for a vacation. We took R-1 and R -2 buses to go to the supermarkets, many places around the Cancun hotel zone, and to the downtown. It was super easy. It was also easy to communicate with the host. We’ll definitely would like to come back.

Beautiful, modern, and very clean accommodation at Amira District in a great location — close to beach bars, a lovely public beach in Jaguar Park, and just a short drive from the city center. The rooftop pools (all four are accessible) are perfect for relaxing, and the gym and bikes are a great bonus. We have nothing to complain about and would definitely stay here again. If you’re staying at Amira District, we highly recommend choosing an apartment managed by Cristina. She was the highlight of our stay — incredibly helpful, always responsive, and truly focused on making guests feel comfortable (e.g. little extras like pool mats that others residents did not have and basic food supplies in the apartment). She shared excellent local tips that we tried and loved.
