The house is located at a safe area. There are 16 CCTVs and the subdivision is quite hidden. It’s not that easy to find it. The rooms, bedsheets and towels were very clean. Except maybe some of the dishes still had stains on them from the previous guests. The place was very well equipped with everything that you need. There’s a fridge in a separate area indoors, in which you can grab all types of drinks. (They will charge you for it, but it’s more than affordable) During our 1 week stay, they changed the sheets, towels and cleaned the rooms once. The host was super friendly and helpful! You could contact them for assistant at any time via WhatsApp. I would definitely recommend booking this place! Just make sure it’s close to wherever you wanna go to or whatever you wanna see. Because commuting can be a bit of a hassle due to traffic and distance.

I had a great experience at this homestay. The owner was very accommodating and even accepted my late request, which I truly appreciated. The unit was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Location is also convenient—quiet but still close to Tagaytay spots.

SMDC Green 2 Staycation, The Traditional & Modern Fusion Condo está ubicado en Pasong Bayog, a 26 km de Picnic Grove, y ofrece vista a la pileta. The unit was nicely decorated and had a lot of usable space. Lheny and her family provided excellent service throughout our stay. They were easy to talk to and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable and hassle free as possible. I would definitely recommend a stay in their unit.

Kudos to her and the owner of the unit for keeping the space clean and welcoming.

It was a great stay, the condo was clean with complete utensils and basic needs, the owner and caretaker was very responsive and accomodating and super mabait. We will definitely go back. The entire location was very peaceful, the only downside was we were not able to experience the pool due to the weather, It was raining ang very cold. The pool was not heated. But over all stay was a great stay for a family relaxation, The kids, the grandparents and the entire family were very satisfied and grateful for very peaceful accomodation.
