The house is located at a safe area. There are 16 CCTVs and the subdivision is quite hidden. It’s not that easy to find it. The rooms, bedsheets and towels were very clean. Except maybe some of the dishes still had stains on them from the previous guests. The place was very well equipped with everything that you need. There’s a fridge in a separate area indoors, in which you can grab all types of drinks. (They will charge you for it, but it’s more than affordable) During our 1 week stay, they changed the sheets, towels and cleaned the rooms once. The host was super friendly and helpful! You could contact them for assistant at any time via WhatsApp. I would definitely recommend booking this place! Just make sure it’s close to wherever you wanna go to or whatever you wanna see. Because commuting can be a bit of a hassle due to traffic and distance.

The unit was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Location is also convenient—quiet but still close to Tagaytay spots.

Communicates if there are any needs that you may need from her such as cleaning or additional appliances with no additional cost. Very helpful with locating the area as it was dark when I had arrived. Thank you again MARY. I will go to your place again on my next stay!

Em Pasong Bayog, a 26 km de Picnic Grove, SMDC Green 2 Staycation, The Traditional & Modern Fusion Condo apresenta vistas da piscina. The unit was nicely decorated and had a lot of usable space. Lheny and her family provided excellent service throughout our stay. They were easy to talk to and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable and hassle free as possible. I would definitely recommend a stay in their unit.

Really enjoyed our stay! The place was clean, spacious, and relaxing. The host was responsive and easy to talk to. Will definitely come back and recommend to friends and family.

It was a great stay, the condo was clean with complete utensils and basic needs, the owner and caretaker was very responsive and accomodating and super mabait. We will definitely go back. The entire location was very peaceful, the only downside was we were not able to experience the pool due to the weather, It was raining ang very cold. The pool was not heated. But over all stay was a great stay for a family relaxation, The kids, the grandparents and the entire family were very satisfied and grateful for very peaceful accomodation.
