The place is super comfortable! Its clean, there were some waters and stocked with all the essentials. I had given my estimated arrival time, and they had the AC on and the room was cool upon my arrival which was really appreciated. The 2 beds are both very comfortable and the pillows are fantastic. The curtain are thick so it stays pretty dark and the sunlight doesn't wake you up. It has lots of storage space which is rare. The bathroom was fully stocked with extra towels. The host has been incredibly accessible via messages. Its about 200-250 meter to the SM mall which is nice. There isn't a laundry there yet, but there is a service nearby that has pickup and drop off service which was very convenient. No complaints, highly recommend it.

We had a fantastic time staying at this condo during our vacation! We stayed here twice, first for 2 nights then we went to Cebu and Boracay for almost a couple weeks, after that we were so excited to come back and spend the remaining 7 nights of our vacation in this condo. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and transportation, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The condo itself was spotless, and the cleanliness was top-notch. It made us feel right at home the moment we walked in. One of the highlights for us was the view from the balcony — simply amazing, and we loved having our morning coffee while taking it all in. Customer service was excellent. The owner was very responsive and quick to address any queries or concerns we had, which made the entire experience even better. We were also fond of the unique little touches, like the "Alexa" system in the condo. It was so fun to use her to open and close the curtains with just a command! Small details like that really added to the experience. Oh, and the toilet — it was like something straight out of Japan, with advanced features that made it super comfortable and a fun surprise! Overall, this condo was a great choice for our trip, and we’d definitely book again the next time we visit. Highly recommend!
