Such a great space for a ski-vacation for a grup of friends or a bigger family. The kitchen space is amazing and it has everything you need for cooking. Five separate bedrooms give enough personal space for everyone and there is a big living room / dining area for when you want to spend time together. Only 10min away (by car) from the closest Zell am See cabin lift. Kaprun and Saalbach ski areas are also very convenient, even Kitzbuhel isn't that far away. Christine is such a lovely host, we had a great time and we'll be returning.

We received a voucher after payment with a phone number and key hand-over was very smooth: we just had to call the number and we could get into the house because there was a key box. The house was perfect for our group of 3 families with enough (3) bathrooms, great common place with big table for breakfast and dinner, fully equipped kitchen. Great ski areas are within easy reach (Kitzsteinhorn 15 min drive) and Tauern SPA was also within easy reach. Nearby Kaprun is lovely, but this place is much more quiet which we liked. There is a BILLA very close if you need to buy food and drinks. The heating worked very well, no issues at all. Price - value was excellent.

    I liked the beutiful building, quiet location, dish washer, good kitchen appliances and heated floors. Premium sauna. We had the smallest apartment, we are a family of 4 with an 9 and 11 year old, it was plenty large enough. Good location to drive to any of the ski hills in the area. The ski room is the old gaurd tower, that's cool!

    What an amazing stay. Our hosts Thomas and Irmi were so helpful with everything. Houses are spatious and very well equiped with everything you need for comfortable stay. They offer home eggs, bread and much more home made stuff. Sauna was a nice bonus. All in all I woul definitely recomend this beautiful place and I hope to come back

    The location is quite close to Kaprun and Zell am See. There is a small garden in front of the apartement. The neighbour is friendly and helpful. There is ski lock room. Sauna and hot tub available for extra fee.

    The cabin is nice, clean and has plenty of room (we were 5 people but much more can stay there). It had everything we needed, including a dishwasher and washing machine. It's slightly outside Zell am see south, but the drive to the Areitxpress is short, about 5 minutes. The skiing area is excellent, we were there for 5 days and there are still slopes left we did not yet visit. The hosts were friendly, warned us when bad weather was expected on our travel day so we were prepared.

    A very cozy hotel with a real family atmosphere thanks to extremely friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and clean rooms, tasty breakfast and dinners. An excellent location, allowing you to relax comfortably and move between the ski resorts: Kitzsteinhorn, Schmitten and Saalbach without any problems.

    Very nice cottage for the bigger groups with sauna, many skiresorts are located near. The owner was easy to arrange arrival and leaving, it went smooth as possible. Just great!

    Very friendly staff, superb clean rooms and facilities, breakfast buffet with lots of choices (and a very good coffee), good dinner at the hotel restaurant and probably one of the highlights: a renewed, extremely cosy bar area, with a central huge fireplace - a great place to hang out anytime of the day!
