This place was amazing! Highly recommend staying if it’s open for your dates. The house is very spacious and beautifully refinished with modern finishes while maintaining the original charm. It’s a short walk to Old Quebec but has plenty of cafes/restaurants immediately outside of the property as well.

Here’s the revised version of the longer review with the host responsiveness included: Title: Wonderful Stay – Perfect for Winter Fun! Review: We had an amazing 3-night stay at this property! The house is spacious and thoughtfully equipped. The kitchen was a highlight – not only well-stocked but also included a fondue and raclette set, which made for a cozy dining experience. The outdoor spa was fantastic for relaxing after a day on the ice rink, which is conveniently located right in front of the property. Other great touches included a laundry room with a drying rack and a covered garage for one car – perfect for snowy weather. The host was very responsive via Booking.com messaging, which made everything smooth and easy. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and fun getaway!

-Owner/host was able to accommodate booking on very short notice (<1 hour) -Place was generally clean upon arrival -Amount of space was decent, really a 2-bedroom apartment, not a whole house with 6+ beds etc as advertised, but it was just my wife and I so it was plenty for our needs

We had a great stay in a cozy cottage with an amazing view! The host was thoughtful and sent an update regarding all the little details to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The location of the cottage is so convenient. There is everything needed in a walking distance, a small cafe where you can get fresh croissants and coffee, nice skating rink and the most important ferry to Quebec. We couldn't think of better place to stay while visiting Quebec city. The view was charming and magical!
