Amazing stay, best kept secret around here. The place is very peaceful, beautiful and the location is great (5 mins walk from the archaeological park). The cabin was very cozy and private, had the creek just in front and you can see/hear tons of birds around, little paradise. If you want a place to relax and enjoy nature, this is it. Carlos the host and all the staff was very friendly and helped us with everything (transport, meals, etc). Don't miss yhe hot chocolate, best we had in Colombia. Great value for money.

Can't say enough good things about our stay here with James and Jacqueline! Definitely one of our best stays ever! The house was wonderful but the best part was the family. Jacqueline made us a tasty breakfast each morning, the last very early so we could get on the road. Each breakfast was a bit different and all were delicious. She served hot chocolate each morning which was a treat. She also prepared us a wonderful vegetarian meal one evening. We were able to get a tour of their finca and helped pick fruit and vegetables which were used in her cooking for our breakfasts and the dinner. Definitely farm to table. Best of all was how they helped us celebrate a birthday of one of our group. We had such fun here and truly feel like we have new friends! We highly recommend Pinar del Rio!

We arrived early in San agustin after a long bus trip. When we arrived at posada Chaska, we were warmly welcomed by Giye. She offered us a coffee and said we can rest and refresh in one of the other rooms until our room was ready. We really appreciated that and were very thankful. Our stay at the posada was amazing. The fire place in the room are wonderful. The showers have great pressure and are warm. The breakfast was good. The dogs were very adorable. The rooms are nice and clean. The location is close to the archeological park.

Highly recommended. Charles and Luisa have a beautiful property and are very welcoming (Spanish, French, and English spoken). The chalet is cozy and comfortable. Loved the comfortable bed and warm duvet during a cool, rainy weekend. So nice to have an equipped kitchen to make our own meals. We loved being out of the town center away from all the motorbike noise. It's about a 40 minute walk (2.6 km) from the finca to the archeological park entrance. From there you can catch a minibus to the town center for 2,000 COP. A taxi between town and the finca is 20,000 COP (25,000 COP after 6pm).

This was such an incredibly unique property. I absolutely loved staying in something that wasn’t an ordinary hotel. The glamping was secluded and it really felt like I was in a special private place. Plus the views were just amazing! The best part is the jacuzzi in the glass igloo; what a surreal experience! The owner was super helpful, always answering my questions immediately and helped me booked some amazing tours. He’s colleague Luisa was so lovely, offering to help order some food and generally always on hand.
