Kathrin is a very kind host, communication is good with her, she answered all our questions immediately. The villa is in a great location, quiet, the view is wonderful on the Teide and the ocean. Impeccably equipped, it really is like in the pictures. The BBQ oven on the terrace is very professional, we prepared great dishes on it.

We liked absolutely everything - initial communication, facilities, amenities, greeting. Everything was thought through - starting from kitchen amenities to high-end quality towels, beach towels, and even beach umbrella and sunscreen locions, shower gel, kitchen sponge, water, greeting wine and cake. Various coffees and teas were available as well. Every day we felt like at home - exceptional house with 3 bathrooms (2 including showers), very clean and spacious. Car parking - no problem. TV - Disney Plus and Netflix provided by default. Good Wi-Fi connectivity. Very nice outdoor terrace where you can have breakfast or dinner. Super advantage - community pool! Our 6 y.o. boy enjoyed it very much. Nice, friendly and safe community. Possible to walk and jog in the area, beautiful panoramic view. Exceptional host Luis answered any questions and provided needed information for our stay. Also, he even brought FFP3 masks to mitigate air pollution due to unfortunate ongoing forest fires. The location was fantastic and the apparent was so modern and clean which is what I loved the most about it !! And Moses was always on hand for any problems and dealt them with so promptly!!! We look forward to staying there again and most definitely would recommend it to friends and family

excellent place to enjoy family holidays pool size is great enjoyed every bit of the house it was nice and clean the only thing host can do to make stay better is providing better shampoo or hand wash. place is spacious nice and clean big rooms and the best part is pool we enjoyed bbq aswell my kids loved it. we went in february from uk not sure if we would be able to use the pool but weather was mild summer still hot pool was useable most of the day time . host was great and very helpfull the nearby sight seeing place was brilliant for an evening walk or to watch sunset. i would highly recommend it.

It's a beautiful property tastefully decorated, nice terrace and awesome host. Worth noting is the hosts went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We got breakfast basket one of the day as a nice surprise. Also, out of my stupidity, the night before we were about to leave, I locked the key of my rental car inside the car. We had our flight early the next morning. The rental car company were not responding and we could not wait as otherwise we will lose out flight. The host (Susane) came over in the late hours of the night wit a friend to help us out. Eventually we got a locksmith over who opened the car for us. Susane helped us a lot in figuring everything out. She really did not had to do it. Big thanks to her.

Super quiet location, extremely comfortable beds, felt very relaxed in the cottage. Games room, swimming pool and laundry facilities on the property. Yes, there are some steep roads to reach the place, but nothing your cheapest rent-a-car can't handle (easiest way up and down is via Carretera Nueva Corujera), and the view is definitely worth it! Also, easy access to supermarkets, restaurants, motorway and other towns.

Fantastic views over the ocean, Tiede and the sunset. Good and well functional kitchen with all you need to cook all the dishes of the day. Far from the tourist areas, you’ll live among the locals. Supermarkets and cafes are just a short walk up the hill.

The village is not very charming but there is a big supermarket and some restaurants. We went to the chinese restaurant which turned out to be nice. You need a car when staying here. Preferably an automatic car, lots of steep roads and cross overs! There is a nice coastal path, high up on the coast, starting on the bottom of the street where the house is on. Good for sunsets.

The gardens are well maintained and to a very high standard. There is small pool which is also well maintained with additional shower and bathroom facilities handy to it. It is shared with other apartments but we had a good amount time there. The local Mercadona supermarket is very clean and well stocked. The hillside where it is situated is quite steep but the sea views are great. We had a car on hire but there was ample street parking.

Bus station is not so far and connection is good. The apartment was charming and had everything we needed. Not far from the accommodation is Lidl and a great restaurant called Esencias.
