We had a lovely welcome and were encouraged to live in the house as if it were a second home. The fact that our dogs were included in our stay with such genuine warmth made Limefield our favourite venue in the Edinburgh area.

The location was excellent for travelling around the surrounding areas including train travel to Glasgow and Edinburgh. Our hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. They came and chatted with us giving us further information about the area. They also explained everything in the house and how to use appliances. I would say that they are the perfect host and the best we've come across.

Guest review
The cottage was beautiful, it had everything you could need and was warm and very comfortable. It was quite remote but that's what we were looking for.
