Very good location and very good service.

Good sized comfortable room. Pleasant and helpful staff. A good breakfast buffet.

Everything was clean and neat and location was excellent! Room looked like pictures, wi-fi was strong and there was a few different plugs so I didn't need to use my adapter (EU). Whole staff, include reception, bartender and cleaning ladies, where nice and caring. It took only about 15min walk to the Old Town were most of the sights. There was also some sandwich cafe across the road and in next building was Tesco shop you can buy some food.

Wonderful everything! Staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. The room was absolutely beautiful and the beds so comfortable. So many lovely touches included and the a la carte breakfast was very reasonably priced and delicious. The restaurant was beautiful as well with lots of different areas and seating options. We loved everything about our stay and didn't want to leave - thank you!

Staff at the reception were so helpful and we were so grateful that we were offered the upgraded room with the view to the iconic Edinburgh castle. ☺️ The location was also so convenient and easy to get by places on foot. Thank you Novotel.

The Location of the hotel was simply perfect. We managed to get everywhere walking. The reception with all the Nice people was my Highlight though. We were always greeted so sweet and I stopped a couple of times to talk a little bit with them. Definetly a Hotel I will come back to. Thank you so much!

Was really nice hotel, friendly staff and good location to walk we haven’t used trams or buses so walked straight to centre. Staff very helpful and even gave me a portable heater so if you don’t ask then you won’t get anything so worth to ask anything. Wish it do have a breakfast that would be perfect :)

The Property was very clean and cosy, the staff were very welcoming and friendly, the location is very close to princes street and the centre of edinburgh the facilities were very easy to use with a controllable AC and lights. the room was small (not a bad thing at all) and cosy with a large spacious bed. i would recommend any travellers to stay at this lovely hotel

I stayed in a single room at Bonnie Hotel in Haymarket, Edinburgh. The room was compact but clean, comfortable, and well designed — perfect for a solo stay. Self check-in was easy, and although there’s no traditional reception, staff were available and responsive via the communication channels. The Haymarket location is very convenient with excellent transport links.

A lovely welcome in the room from the staff with Irn Bru, shortbread, and a fridge magnet to welcome us to Scotland!
