Host was great at communicating and really accomodating - allowing for early arrival as we were attending a wedding the same day. Rooms good sizes and exactly what we were after. Comfortable beds, handy to have a high chair and the Nespresso machine a bonus. Enough parking for two cars round the back and maybe one in front. It's a nice little village and there is a small park by the village hall. We would stay again.

The house is in a quiet village. It is superbly clean and well-equipped. The only thing we couldn't find were oven gloves. It was very useful to have a washing machine and tumble dryer. Liked having two bathrooms. The kitchen has two ovens. Every appliance was either easy to use or the instructions were in the folder. Plenty of towels were provided. We parked two cars easily and there was space for a third. There is a Co-op a 10 minute drive away. Very good location for visiting Steam museum in Swindon. Communication with Gemma was very good. Messages were answered straight away.

As I arrived early, I met the owner, who was friendly and helpful and showed me around the property. He was in the middle of putting up a huge Christmas tree, which was lovely and very welcoming. The property was exactly as it had been described and was well equipped, spotlessly clean and a comfortable place to stay. There is a great pub within walking distance from the house (about 15 minutes if you have elderly people or young children with you), where we had a lovely meal on the evening that we arrived.

The cottage had great amenities, some above and beyond the norm. There was a generous supply of items like, tea, coffee, sugar, cleaning utensils and products. There was even a home made cake waiting for us upon arrival. Well equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, good kettle etc, etc. There wasn't any shortage of dishes, cups, glasses, cooking utensils etc and the place has a certain quaintness about it.

Well equipped cottage in a wonderful location. Feels cosy, especially with the fire lit. Everything you need is around the corner including fabulous walks.

A beautifully kept annexe studio with separate kitchen and walk in shower room. Spotlessly clean and airy with good quality furnishings and the addition of a wood burning stove. Really nice touches like fresh milk and orange juice in the fridge along with a lovely selection of biscuits. The place just oozes class, and location is perfect. Will most certainly stay there again.
