Lovely little place to stay, perfect location just outside of the town. Cottage is modern, clean and comfortable and communication with the owners was easy, we also found it easy to find given the directions.

Very clean and cosy inside everything was amazing had everything we could possibly need and more the hot tub was just the cherry on top with the most beautiful views I can’t wait to come back the host was so lovely and fast responding!!

A great location with wonderful views.everything was high quality furnishings and fixtures.the kitchenette was well stocked with plates,glasses and cutlery.good sized bathroom with super shower.a welcome pack of cereal,milk,butter,bread and jam including tea and coffee set us up for today.evening meal in the pub was well cooked,and very popular.best to book a table.all staff were ve4y pleasant.

A friend & I (2 ladies) stayed here as we were attending a wedding close by. We were absolutely thrilled when we walked through the door of Southview. The decor is stunning, and each room is kitted out with top quality furnishings & finishing touches. The host left us a pack of eggs, milk, ginger nuts & Nespresso coffee pods to enjoy. They are very generous & welcoming. Let’s talk about the main bedroom that has a simba mattress! Wow, gorgeous…we had to flip a coin as we both wanted the same room 🤣🤣. All bedrooms are fabulous & the view from the front rooms is stunning. The cottage literally has everything you need to permanently live there…. We didn’t want to leave. On the Friday evening we went to The Fleece Inn for dinner. Food was very nice & they have a steak night on the Friday. We had an amazing weekend staying here - would highly recommend.

Location is beautiful. A great place to stay to have views and calm and quiet, while not being far from things to do in the area. The cottage has everything you need and is comfortably decked out. There’s plenty of information on booking on how to get there, access the keys, and on things to do in the area. Everything was clean and easy. The property has great character. There’s plenty of room, the beds are very comfortable, and the back garden with outdoor table and seating is wonderful.
